Roger K. McCrummen |

Mr. McCrummen is the managing attorney and owner of the firm. He focuses primarily on business immigration issues, assisting businesses and workers with non-immigrant visas as well as employment-based permanent residence, PERM and related labor certification practice, I-140 petitions, outstanding researchers, national interest waivers, extraordinary ability aliens, consular visa processing, appeals and other employment-related aspects of immigration law. EducationMr. McCrummen received his BA, magna cum laude from Texas Tech University in 1976. He attended Texas Tech School of Law, receiving a JD in 1979. He graduated summa cum laude from Princeton Theological Seminary and 1989. He also received an LL.M in International Legal Studies from New York University in 1981. |

Experience and HistoryMr. McCrummen has served two terms (2006, 2009) as the chair of the Kansas and Missouri chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He also served as Conference Chair for the 2007 Fall Fundamentals Conference of AILA in Boston, MA. Roger has served as an occasional lecturer for immigration related seminars and courses. Roger previously taught Business Law at Nyack College and served as Adjunct Professor of Law and Religion at Baker University in Overland Park, Kansas. Honors and AwardsRoger was selected as the "Best of the Bar" by the Kansas City Business Journal in September, 2011. He has received an "AV" rating from Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating available, concerning legal ability and ethics. |
