Mr. McCrummen concentrates his practice exclusively in Federal Immigration and Naturalization Law, with primary focus on business immigration issues, including non-immigrant visas such as H-1B's, L-1's (including blanket L's), TN's, E-1/2's, R-1's, as well as employment-based permanent residence practice, including PERM and related labor certification practice, I-140 petitions, outstanding researchers, national interest waivers, extraordinary ability aliens, consular visa processing, adjustment of status, etc.

Community Involvement
Active member, Overland Park Church of the Nazarene; Member of the St. Andrew Society and St. Andrew Pipes and Drums (bagpiper); Previously served on the Boards of the Kansas City Rescue Mission; and The Lamb's Center, a not-for-profit charity assisting the poor in the Time Square area of New York City. Previously served on staff with the Lamb's Center Charity in New York and on church boards.

Speeches and Presentations
Mr. McCrummen has served as an occasional lecturer for immigration related seminars and courses and has appeared publicly as an advocate for immigrant rights. Roger has in the past taught Business Law (three years at Nyack College, Nyack, New York), and served for two years as an Adjunct Professor of Law and Religion at Baker University in Overland Park, Kansas.
