Mr. Willmoth joined the firm in 2002. Jonathan handles a wide variety of cases for the firm, including refugee and asylum; federal litigation; appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals, Circuit Courts, and Administrative Appeals before the Department of Homeland Security. In addition, Mr. Willmoth works on Business-Based Immigrant and Non-Immigrant Visas, including Consular Processing. He also represents families in obtaining both Immigrant and Non-immigrant visas, including consular processing. Lastly, Mr. Willmoth handles many of our Outstanding Researcher petitions, and also has consulted on criminal issues.
